PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolytic solution electric double-layer capacitor which can keep various characteristics, such as charge and discharge capacity, etc., required as nonaqueous electrolytic solution electric double-layer capacitor and is superior in self-distingushing property, flame resistance, long- term stability, and deterioration resistance, and which has a low interface resistance in a nonaqueous electrolytic solution and can be manufactured easily, and is also superior in low-temperature characteristic. SOLUTION: This nonaqueous electrolytic solution electric double-layer capacitor is provided with a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a nonaqueous electrolytic solution containing a supporting salt and a phosphagen derivative, whose dielectric constant at 25 deg.C is at least 15 and a viscosity is 20 mPa.s (20 cP) at largest. It is preferable that the dielectric constant of the phosphagen derivative at 25 deg.C be at least 30, the flashing point of the phosphagen derivative be 100 deg.C or higher, and that the phosphagen derivative be represented by a general formula (1). |
