PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a user's independent walk. SOLUTION: In order to walk while successively tracing access points P, the user M of this system requests providing of walking information by emitting an information request signal T by using the communication function of a portable tool 2 carried by him/her. In advance requesting the walking information, an information providing area Z can be searched. On the other hand, a voice guiding device 1 at each access point originates the walking information R required for walking by voice in response to the signal T. The device 1 transmits a signal S for instructing an area Z where information fixed to each access point P can be provided constantly. Whether to receive this signals S and whether to request the walking information can be judged by the user M freely.
