PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve power conversion efficiency, and realize downsizing, and cost reduction for a high-voltage stabilized circuit. SOLUTION: A pair of voltage resonance converter is provided on the primary of an isolation converter transformer to obtain high DC voltage (CRT anode voltage) through a multiplying-rectifier circuit on the secondary side thereof. By providing a parallel resonance circuit on the secondary, a composite resonance converter is formed for the whole high-voltage stabilized circuit. The stabilization of the high DC voltage is performed by composite control of simultaneously controlling the switching frequency and continuity angle of the primary side voltage resonance converter according to the level of the high DC voltage. It is thus possible to reduce the number of the switching converters to be attached on the primary to only one pair.
