PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent production of overvoltage in a system with the lower steady-state output voltage in a switching power supply where capacitor input rectifier circuits and choke input rectifier circuits are combined each other and two of voltage of the output which are close to each other are taken out of the same secondary winding of a converter transformer. SOLUTION: The output ends of the capacitor input rectifier circuits 11 and 12 and the choke input rectifier circuits 12 and 22 which rectify the output from the same secondary winding 10a and 10b of the main converter transformer 10 are connected with each other through diodes 19 and 29.
