PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize information on judicial jobs. SOLUTION: When information showing the establishment of a contract is received from a business section terminal 2, a managing server 1 retrieves contract consultation demand information and detailed contract demand information corresponding to the established contract from a contract consultation data base 4. The managing server 1 prepares established contract information by combining the information received from the business section terminal 2 with prescribed information extracted from the retrieved contract consultation demand information and detailed contract demand information and records it in a contract managing data base 5. Besides, the managing server 1 periodically reads established contract information recorded in the contract managing data base 5 and specifies the number of remaining days until the limit of the contract. When the specified number of remaining days is equal with a prescribed reference value, for example, the managing server 1 sends electronic mail to the destination specified by the established contract information and reports it to a person in charge that the data/time of the expiry of the contract approaches. |
