PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve download efficiency in the case of distributing digital contents by a network. SOLUTION: This system reserves 6.6 Mb/s band for a purchaser 1a in a certain time zone with respect to a shared 10 Mb/s assess band of a communication line to download digital contents, and later reserves 3.3 Mb/s band each for purchasers 1b and 1c in a certain time zone to download each digital content.
