PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card handling device, with which one representative member's card can be used in place of plural member's cards. SOLUTION: This device is provided wit a managing means for managing a representative member number recorded on the representative member's card, the association identification information of an association, to which a user having that representative member's card is admitted, and the corresponding relation of member numbers, input means for inputting the identification information of the association to become a processing object and the representative member number recorded on the representative member's a card, authentication means for authenticating the representative member number inputted by the input means, specifying means for specifying a member number designated by the association identification information inputted by the input means and the representative member number authenticated by the authentication means by retrieving the managing means, and transmission means for transmitting the member number specified by the specification means to the destination to report designated by the membership identification information inputted by the input means. |
