SOLUTION: A display part 7 for displaying whether the present time is in the forenoon or in the afternoon has a pair of pendulums 7a, 7'a, and is equipped with a pendulum control part 7f for rocking one pendulum 7a and stopping the other pendulum 7'a during a time zone in the forenoon, and for rocking the other pendulum 7'a and stopping one pendulum 7a during a time zone in the afternoon.
