PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable infusion device for simplifying a manufacturing process, reducing the number of part items, reducing a cost, reducing the size and having high long-term reliability. SOLUTION: An infusion tube 29b having a backflow preventive valves 30b on the inflow side and the outflow side is contacted with one surface of an infusion tube holding plate 24b fixed on a base board 22c, and the infusion tube 29b is compressed and blocked up by resiliency of a spring or a rubber-like substance 35 by an infusion tube compressing-opening mechanism 28b.
