PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation balancer for suppressing the shaking of a disk driving device even with not only rotational frequencies higher than the resonance frequencies of a supporting leg but also rotational frequencies lower than the resonance frequencies. SOLUTION: This rotation balancer is provided with a balancer mass 7 arranged at the driving shaft side of a spindle motor 1 whose shaft axial center is a Z axis so as to be movable in an almost Z axial direction and movable around the Z axis.
