PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer documents between devices without the intervention of a conscious operation by a person and to secure the security of transfer documents. SOLUTION: When a user carrying a portable device 202 approaches an office equipment 201, the document unconsciously fetched from the office equipment 201 is received by the portable device 202 by wireless communications and stored in a butter memory 202C without the need of the conscious operation by the user. When the user returns to a personal computer 203, the document inside the buffer memory 202C is unconsciously transmitted to the personal computer 203 by the portable device 202 and thus, the document is unconsciously transferred from the office equipment 201 to the personal computer 203. |
