PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve automatic mounting efficiency by devising the structure of a suction composed of a side and a top plate bent from the side, and then achieving the 1st purpose of increasing the suction efficiency of a vacuum suction device when a conductive member is sucked, and the 2nd purpose of reducing the possibility of permanent deformation of the suction when the conductive member is mounted. SOLUTION: A cut 44 to the top plate 2 is formed inside the connection part 43 between the side 41a and top plate 42 to form a tongue 45 on the top plate 42, and this tongue 45 is projected in parallel as part of the top plate 42. Further, a side 41b where the top plate 42 not connected is made a little shorter than the side 41a where the top plate 42 is connected to provide a gap between the tip of the side 41b and the top plate 42.
