摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain with ease an organic EL element which has a layer containing conductive polymer and yet no large leak current between adjoining pixels rise even in the case pixel pitches get small. SOLUTION: A laminated layer is formed by dedoping a conductive polymer either by forming a conductive polymer on a substrate with an electrode formed in a required pattern, or by dedoping the conductive polymer after forming a layer including the conductive polymer. The laminated layer is immersed in an electrolyte including ion for covering the electrode doping the conductive polymer adjusted at acidity substantially suppressing start of doping, and is conducted in the electrolyte with the electrode made in a required pattern, in which the above conductive polymer is doped with ion electrochemically. Here, the polymer phosphor utilized includes a luminous layer containing one or more kind a given repetition unit, the sum of which is not less than 50 mol% and not more than 100 mol% of the total repetition unit with the number average molecular weight of 103 to 103 in polystyrene conversion.
