PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure dripproof and dustproof and to prevent the number of parts from increasing when an electric switch part detecting the opening/closing state of a cover body is cooperated with the movement of a member installed on a rear cover side. SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus has a cover body 2 which can be opened/closed with respect to an apparatus body 1, locking mechanisms 6 to 8 operating in a locking state where they can lock the cove body in a close position and a release state where they can release locking, and detection means 12 to 15 for detecting the state of the locking mechanisms. Holding mechanisms 4 and 5 which are engaged with the locking mechanisms and hold the locking mechanisms in the locking release state are disposed. The locking mechanisms and the holding mechanisms are arranged outside the apparatus across a partition 1b dividing the outside of the apparatus and the inside of the apparatus in the apparatus body, and a detection means is arranged inside the apparatus. The operation of the locking mechanisms is transmitted through a cooperation pin 11 which is closely stuck to and engaged with a through hole part 1a formed in the partition so that it can move in an axial direction.
