PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay unit that provides connection with a limited access to a computer communication network for a terminal and to provide a relay method and an information recording medium. SOLUTION: A terminal communication section 102 of the relay unit 101 is connected to a terminal 171 to communicate a message with the terminal 171, a computer communication network communication section 103 is connected to a computer communication network 151 to communicate a message with the computer communication network 151, and a communication identifier assignment section 104 assigns a communication identifier to the terminal 171. In the case that a communication identifier or the like of a destination of a message received from the terminal 171, an incoming relay section 105 relays the message to the computer communication network 151. When the communication identifier or the like of a sender of a message received from the computer communication network 151, an outgoing relay section 106 relays the message to the terminal 171.
