摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional ISDN-accommodating access controller which has high possibility of a control signal abortion by a wireless fault and has no measure to restore the fault when the wireless fault remains unsolved because of the configuration of using the same wireless channel to transmit the control signal to an opposite subscriber on the occurrence of the wireless fault. SOLUTION: On the occurrence of a wireless fault in an ISDN communication state, a wireless fault detection section 25 of an access terminal section 2 detects the wireless fault and gives an instruction to a wireless channel opening section 24 and a layer 1 information memory 27 to allow the wireless channel opening section 24 to conduct opening processing of the wireless channel and to allow the layer 1 information memory 27 to output layer 1 information which has been stored therein and which corresponds to the information until the occurrence of the wireless channel fault, and to allow an interface section 21 to transmit the layer 1 information to a subscriber terminal 1. A base station 3 similarly outputs layer 1 information until the occurrence of the wireless fault to an exchange 4. Thus, the subscriber terminal 1 and the exchange 4 do not recognize interruption of the wireless channel. Since a wireless channel setting section 23 selects another new wireless channel in this state, the communications can be continued.</p>
