<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advanced control block for executing multi-input/multi- output control such as model prediction control. SOLUTION: An advanced control block 56 is provided with a general control logic 102, and connected with input and output so that communication can be realized. Process response data constituted of a waveform signal started by a waveform generating part 101 are collected by a data collector 100, and a process model 104 is generated. Also, a control parameter 103 is prepared from the model. The control parameter and the process model are down-loaded to a control block, and the control block is completed. Afterwards, advanced process control is executed based on the control block. The process model is used for the simulation of the process and the generation of a predicted output, and also used for a purpose such as monitor and training. The process model can be prepared by a neural network, or multi-input/multi-output control such as neural network control can be realized.</p> |
