A layer of soft synthetic fiber (40) is located upon the top surface of the viscoelastic foam layer (30), and a soft, C-shaped layer of foam (50) covers the first lengthwise edge (14), the bottom surface (12), and the second lengthwise edge (16) of the core (10).
