<p>Compounds represented by the following general formula (1), salts thereof or solvates of the same and application of these compounds to drugs, wherein the benzene ring in which N is given represents a pyridine ring; Q1, Q2 and Q3 represent each linear or branched alkylene; R3 represents substituted aryl, substituted 5- or 6-membered heteroaryl, etc.; R1 represents hydrogen, lower alkyl, halogeno, etc.; and R2 represents hydrogen or lower alkyl. Because of showing a potent selective MCP-1 antagonism, these derivatives are useful as preventives and remedies for chronic inflammatory diseases such as arteriosclerosis, kidney diseases, pulmonary hypertension, rheumatism and asthma.</p> |
