The top end of the telescopic stabilizer strut (1) is linked to one side of the ladder and has a movable sleeve (2) on the outside. One end of the strut is linked to a telescopic traction and pressure strut (3). The other end is linked to a holder (4). The underside and or one lengthwise side of the traction and pressure strut has a suspension eyelet (5); the stabilizer strut as a suspension hook (6).
