A superconducting signal transmission device comprises a vacuum container (11); a superconducting electronic device (12) provided in the vacuum container (11); an input transmission line (13) and output transmission line (14) that pass through the vacuum container (11) and are connected with the superconducting electronic device (12); and cooling mechanisms (15, 16, 17) for cooling the superconducting electronic device (12). At least either of the input transmission line (13) and the output transmission line (14) includes a heat-insulated signal transmission unit (20). The heat-insulated signal transmission unit (20) consists of a flat circuit (30) including a substrate (31), a signal transmission line (32) and a ground layer (33, 33-1, 33-2). The substrate (31) is composed of a dielectric material with small thermal conductivity, and conductors forming the signal transmission line (32) and the ground layer are sufficiently thin to prevent external heat from entering.
