A conductive polymer composition which comprises 100 parts by weight of a crystalline polymer (A) and 5 to 150 parts by weight of conductive particles (B) dispersed therein, wherein the crystalline polymer (A) undergoes crystal transitions to thereby enable the composition to show PTC characteristics.
