The rigid foam panel(100) on its uncoated flat side has several incisions which are generally parallel to each other and which have a depth(T) which is less than the thickness(D) of the rigid foam core(1). One side of the panel has a reflection layer(2) upon which is glued an ingrain wallpaper. The reflection layer may be lined with a thin mesh-type reinforcing layer. The rigid foam panel has a length which conforms to an average distance of the window board from the floor to the wall recess.
