<p>A feedbox for breeding poultry is described, of the type comprising at least one main protection grate mounted on a feed storage tub and with dividing plates and openings to allow the poultry access to the feed. Besides, the feedbox comprises an auxiliary grate slidingly or rotationally joined to the main protection grate, the auxiliary grate being equipped with a plurality of peripheral tips and arranged so that the tips do not interfere with said openings of the main protection grate in at least a first relative position of the auxiliary grate with respect to the main grate and, vice versa, at least partially obstruct one or more of the openings in at least a second relative position of the auxiliary grate with respect to the main grate.</p> |
