A shield connector is configured in a manner that a flange 22 to be fixed to a partner-side wall W is made conductive, and the shield layer 13 of a shield wire 10 is electrically connected to the conductive sleeve 26 which is integrated with the flange. Thus, the configuration for electrically connecting the shield layer 13 and the partner-side wall W is simplified and the number of parts of the shield connector can be reduced.
