<p>Connector for a coaxial cable preferably for high frequencies which connector comprises a center terminal to be connected to the inner conductor of the coaxial cable and a main body to be directly connected to the outer conductor of the cable, where said main body is provided with a number of longitudinal slits making it possible to monitor the introduction of the outer conductor into the main body and where the connector is furthermore provided with a support means placed inside said main body such that the insertion of said outer conductor into the main body simultaneously has the effect of establishing a proper and reliable electrical contact between said center terminal of the connector and said inner conductor of the coaxial cable. <IMAGE></p> |
