PURPOSE: A diamond saw blade-protecting agent is provided, thereby increasing the lifespan of the diamond saw blades and decreasing production costs for processing stone materials. CONSTITUTION: The diamond saw blade-protecting agent contains 60 to 80 wt.% of water, 10 to 30 wt.% of tall oil, 10 wt.% or less of diesel oil, 7 wt.% or less of sodium hydroxide and 2 wt.% or less of polyacryl, in which the protecting agent is mixed with water in a ratio of 1:10 to 1:20 when being used; the protecting agent is an evenly dissolved solution; the tall oil has 60% or more fatty acid and resinate and is used as a lubricating agent of the diamond saw blades; and polyacryl helps the dissolution of each component. The diamond saw blade is generally used in cutting stone materials.
