<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt system having a belt draw-in mechanism in which the loosening of the belt is eliminated and the draw-in of the belt is reliably achieved in the belt draw-in mechanism. SOLUTION: In the seat belt system having the belt draw-in mechanism which is turned in the belt winding direction, the other end of a drive belt 19 is fixed to an output shaft 17, the drive belt 19 is started from the other end, and partially wound around the output shaft 17 from one end thereof similar to the drive belt 19. The drive belt 19 is extended between two contacts 36 and 37 on the output shaft 17 to form a loop 25, and moment absorbing means 24, 27 fixed to a housing are provided. The moment absorbing means 24, 27 are brought into contact with the drive belt 19 in igniting at least a gas generator 24, and support a part of the drive belt, and the movement of the drive belt 19 in the loosening direction from the output shaft 17 on the standstill is avoided.</p> |
