PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a foamed blow molded container without impairing an appearance with a light weight and a strength by preventing the collapse of a foam of a foamed layer while holding a container shape suitably. SOLUTION: A pressure of a compressed air blown inside a molten resin is set from 1.01×105 to 2.0×105 Pa. A suction pressure for forcibly removing the air from a space surrounded by an inner surface of a mold and an outside of the molten resin is set to 0.9×105 Pa or less.
