PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base board for house interior lumber and furniture with safe and long-lasting antibacterial and deodorant effect. SOLUTION: To substrate on which surface material or back material with required function is glued with adhesive line on one side or both sides of the base material or to adhesive line or inside the coating of substrate with the required function, ceramic fine powder is blended at the weight ratio of 0.3-3.0%. Its electromagnetic waves are in the range of near-infrared rays with the average particle diameter of less than 3μm and the wave length of 2.7-3.2μm and in the range of far-infrared rays with the wave length of 5.0-7.4μm, irradiating at the emittance of over 0.8 based on that of black body.
