PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air power unit which solves a subject that a conventional air power unit makes tremendous noise. SOLUTION: A turbine wheel 1 rotated by inhaled airflow and an inhalator opening which inhales air from outside are equipped, and plural blades which are arranged inclining to a discoid basic plate diameter and has each edges fixed evenly on a discoid basic plate and has other edges on a half-discoid basic plate fixed close to or inserted into an inhalator opening are fixed. This air power unit can decrease whiz noise and increase rotation torque when it is inactive.
