PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhalator fixed in a circulating electric vacuum cleaner which inhales dust without scattering it. SOLUTION: In a body 50a which consists of an exhaust pipe 51 and an inhalator 52 connected each other by a barrier diffusion 53 which has a vent 54 in the exhaust pipe 51, a fan container 55a and a cleaning body container 55b in front of the fan container 55a are foamed, and a rotational fan 60 and a rotational cleaning body 70 are fixed in these fan container 55a and cleaning body container 55b, and then discharged air from a vent 54 is not allowed to come outside by absorbing it through an inhalator opening 52a of an inhalator 52. This is a device which belongs to an inhalator of a circulating vacuum cleaner with which discharged air does not scatter dust on the cleaned object.
