PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incubator capable of producing an epidermal cell sheet and an epidermal cell suspension which are used for skin-lost wounds, such as burns, wounds, bedsores or skin ulcer, to reproduce or treat the lost tissues in their early storage. SOLUTION: This incubator to which the adhesivity and proliferativity of cell have been imparted by a method characterized by seeding, culturing, killing and at least partially peeling fibroblasts or by a method characterized by recovering the supernatant of the culture product of the fibroblasts, killing and/or removing the cells and then coating one of various incubators with the left solution.
