PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined treatment method for a single treatment septic tank for solving the disposal problem of a single treatment septic tank by evectively utilizing the existing single treatment septic tank and capable of treating domestic wastewater more inexpensively as compared with case newly purchasing a combined treatment septic tank. SOLUTION: In the method for the single treatment septic tank to perform combined treatment, a combined treatment apparatus having an aerobic tank for performing the aerobic treatment of wastewater, a sedimentation tank for performing the sedimentation and separation treatment of wastewater after aerobic treatment and a disinfection tank for performing the sterilization treatment of wastewater is connected to the existing single treatment septic tank for the cleaning treatment of excretion by a piping. The interior of the single treatment septic tank is held to an anaerobic state to be used as an anaerobic treatment chamber as a whole and the wastewater flowing out of the aerobic treatment chamber is allowed to flow in the aerobic tank of the combined treatment apparatus to be treated.
