SOLUTION: Supply units for the seal and the pickup tab operate between a cutting element and the drum. A transfer means which picks up an individual seal and an individual pickup tab in a first zone in the cutting element and transfers the seal and the pickup tab to a second zone and which is separated from the first zone at a prescribed angle and located opposite to the seat part on the drum is provided.
