PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the interference of a load-carrying platform with a vehicle body while ensuring a cargo receiving face having a predetermined size. SOLUTION: A link body 13 constituting a part of the cargo receiving face is connected with tip sides of a lower arm 9 and an upper arm 14 constituting parallel links. Moreover, the load-carrying platform 29 (main plate 30 and subplate 31) which turns around a pin 26 provided on the link body, can be folded down for the link body 13, and constitutes the cargo receiving face together with the link body 13 when it is developed is provided. While the main plate 30 and the subplate 31 are stored, a tip part of the subplate 31 is introduced between the main plate 30 and the link body 13.
