PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap having a discharge nozzle for a beverage container by which a beverage liquid can be drunk from the discharge nozzle even while lying in bed by tilting the discharge nozzle so that a patient who cannot get up/lie down, or an aged person can easily use the beverage container. SOLUTION: In this cap for the beverage container on which a nozzle member is fitted, a valve seat which is equipped with a side peripheral wall having an attaching cylindrical section for the nozzle member, and a bulkhead, and wherein a through hole is provided at the center of the bulkhead, is provided. The nozzle member comprises the discharge nozzle, a valve cylinder having bottom, which is connected to the lower end of the discharge nozzle, and a nozzle holding section. For the valve cylinder, a flow-out port is made on the cylinder wall, and the bottom section is formed into a valve disc. The nozzle holding section is equipped with a deformable thin supporting wall which is connected to the lower end of the discharge nozzle, and an attaching cylinder which is fitted on the attaching cylindrical section. |
