PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove a foreign matter in a recycle system of a coolant fed to a machine tool touching a workpiece. SOLUTION: Between an inflow tank 34 and an outflow tank 36 for the collected coolant, two series of tanks 37, 38 and 39, 40 communicated mutually by means of a cylinder bundle 42 provided with a foreign matter floating and feeding slant formed with the inflow tank and the outflow tank included and two series of tanks 34 and 37, 38 and 39, and 40 and 36 communicated mutually via an opening 41 having a vertical line preventing a constantly floating foreign matter and a sediment foreign matter are formed. In at least one tank, a foreign matter adhering and liquid level lifting roller 46 and a roller adherent scraping blade 47 above the liquid level are arranged.
