PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily correct a fin as a handy cutter at site in a steam turbine fin correcting machine. SOLUTION: An inner tube 11 is inserted slidably into an outer tube 2 and connected to the rotary dial 4 of a holding part 3 with a screw, and the tip thereof is bent at right angle so as to rotatably support a rotating blade. A rotating blade protective case 13 is installed at the tip of the outer tube 2 through a support part 12, and a rotating blade 14 is rotated. A groove for cutting 14 is provided at the front and rear of the case 13, a seal fin is inserted into the groove 14, and the rotating blade 14 is rotated so as to machine the fin. The rotation of the rotating blade opens an air opening and closing switch 10, and leads air from an air feed tube 5 through the inner tube 11 to the rotating blade 14 so as to rotate the blade. Also, the dial 4 is rotated to move the inner tube 11 in longitudinal direction so as to set the rotating blade in position.
