PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize game machine capable of individually setting the degrees of difficulty to suspended prizes hardly discernibly by a player and capable of suspending large prizes simply. SOLUTION: A reciprocating body 3 is held slidingly reciprocatably on a prize suspension shelf disposed on a vertical rotary shaft changeably for the fitting height. Both ends of the reciprocating body 3 are protruded from the prize suspension shelf, one end section is a pressure receiving section 3a, and the other end section is a prize suspending section 3b suspending a prize 6. The reciprocating body 3 is provided with an adjuster 4 adjusting the sliding resistance. The pressure receiving section 3a of the reciprocating body 3 is struck by a pressing piece moved and controlled by the player to retreat the reciprocating body 3, and the prize suspending section 3b is extracted from the suspended prize 6 to drop it.
