PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an effective system for dispensing the prepackaged medicine. SOLUTION: This system comprises a medicine dispenser 20 which puts out packaged medicine, a devise for packaging divided medicine 30, and a dispensing controller 10 which separates the unit parts from the fractional parts according to the prescriptions and gives the instructions on the unit parts to the above dispenser 20 and the instructions on the fractional parts to the above devise for packaging divided medicine 30. The medicine dispenser 20 has many medicine cassettes 22 stored in the movable case and an extractor 21 which takes out the medicine coming to the position by sucking it. By sharing work between the unit parts and the fractional parts, the different dispensing apparatus treats the process quickly, simplifying the structure. A transfer device 50 puts automatically the medicine together to a fraction. A bagging device 40 puts automatically the medicine in a bag to be easily handled.
