PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air power unit which is less noisy and efficient. SOLUTION: An air power unit in which a turbine wheel 1 where edges of blades 3 arranged evenly in a circle are fixed at a round base plate 2 and the other edges are fixed on a donut shape round plate 11 and a cylindrical inhalator 5 which is attached to the donut round plate 11 and whose inside diameter is bigger than the turbine's outer one are equipped, and the turbine wheel 1 is inserted into the inhalator 5 partially or the turbine wheel 1 edge is fixed close to the inhalator 5 is invented. This device decreases airflow blocked by blades 3 and improves the unit less noisy, high speed and light weight.
