PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply, easily and cost effectively manufacturing capsules. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the capsules comprises following stages utilizing specific gravity difference of (a) a core material, (b) a film material and (c) a liquid in which the film material is insoluble, and utilizing the melting and solidifying properties of the film material: (a) the stage for floating the liquid film material on the liquid in which the film material is insoluble, (b) the stage for adding the liquid or solid core material to the film material to coat the circumference of the core material with the film material, (3) the stage for passing the same through the liquid in which the film material is insoluble and curing the film material to form the capsules. Polyethylene glycol, an enzyme, or the like, are usable as the core material and shaving cream, facial cleansing materials, cosmetics, or the like, are usable as the raw materials for the same. |
