PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for hair treatment capable of reducing damage of the hair due to heat of hair iron or due to liquid medicine, while being capable of continuing the effect as hair cosmetics and hair treatment agent. SOLUTION: The method for hair treatment is that the hair is treated with the cosmetics at first, and then pressed with a flat type iron while being heated, after treating the hair with the hair treatment agent.
