PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for compounding hair treatment agent which can easily and cheaply prepare a hair treatment agent such as a hair conditioner, a hair dyeing agent, a wave agent and a finishing agent, and also to provide a hair treatment agent having good performance for obtaining such as a feel of soft, a feel of damp, a feel of light oily touch, gloss, a feel of dry touch, a natural hair line (volume up), set up, smooth combing, low irritation, spread of cream, salt resistance and without stickiness. SOLUTION: This hair treatment agent is characterized by containing esters, alcohols and a nonionic surface-active agent.
