PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to reduce the hard labor of one carer at a time when he replaces undergarments of a lying or sitting person requiring a care, taking him to a toilet and bathing him or her by providing a nursing care belt with a shoulder belt and the function of holding the buttocks. SOLUTION: Holding of the buttocks is made possible by making a shoulder belt (4) mountable to a nursing care belt (1) and making separate two belts (6) and (8) workable into a T shape and mountable on the nursing care belt (1).
