PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide let-in water rubber rental mat which decrease a crack on a surface of rubber sheet by repetition of washing, exfoliation and explosion on a surface of pile and rubber sheet. SOLUTION: Heat and sulfurize rubber composed sheet which contain 5 to 35 percentage of rubber chips broken into 0.3 to 1.2 mm irregular in size, or heat and sulfurize base cloth mixture of composition above mentioned and pile thread.
