PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high purity gas by extremely removing an organic gas component hardly permeating a gas-permeable membrane and an organic gas component low in solubility in gas-soluble liquid contained in crude gas when the crude gas is purified by using the gas-permeable membrane. SOLUTION: A gas-permeable membrane device 12 having the gas-permeable membrane capable of permeating an impure gas component in the crude gas and a gas circulating area and a liquid circulating area respectively provided at its both sides by interposing the gas-permeable membrane, and permeating the impure gas component in the crude gas circulating the gas circulating area along the gas-permeable membrane and dissolving the impure gas component into the gas-soluble liquid circulating the liquid circulating area along the gas- permeable membrane, is used. The crude gas 17 containing the impure gas component is brought into contact with UV rays and/or ozone with an oxidizing device 11, in a stage before the gas-permeable membrane device 12.
