PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a delivery control substrate from being built-up prior to a main substrate when the power feed from a power substrate is recovered and to prevent the delivery control substrate from making the delivery unrecognized by the main substrate when the memory contents of RAMs provided on the main substrate and the delivery control substrate are backed up. SOLUTION: When a power supply is cut off, the memory contents of the RAM 41 of the main substrate 41c and the RAM 45c of the delivery control substrate 45 are backed up by a backup power supply. When the power feed from the power substrate 42 is recovered, the delivery control substrate 45 is set to a standby state until it receives a WAIT release command from the main substrate 41 via a signal line 78. When the main substrate 41 is normally activated, the main substrate 41 transmits the WAIT release command to the delivery control substrate 45 to deliver undelivered prize balls.
