PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhalator which solves a trouble that an airflow in a passage loses its balance and make more noise when an inhalator joint rotates vertically against a casing, especially when it rotates approximately 30 degree, it makes a noise like resonance and is bothering. SOLUTION: On an inhaling passage which has two curved passage, that is, on a cylindrical flow path as a flexible joint connecting a casing 107 and an inhalator joint 108, a guide wall 115a is protruded from an inhaling passage side's inner wall in the casing 107. Alternatively, some ribs are arranged on a lower inner wall in the casing inhaling passage.
